Professional Supervision Support Service
A space to explore
and reflect on workplace situations.
Welcome to How’s Work
Professional Supervision is a valuable resource for individuals working with people - offering a dedicated space to reflect, discuss workplace challenges, and maintain overall well-being. Through regular, confidential sessions, supervision supports professionals across various sectors, including (but not limited to) education, healthcare, social services, and business.
-
The Process
The process is non-hierarchical, fostering a collegial and supportive environment. Before beginning, a collaborative agreement is established and reviewed periodically. The first session is obligation-free, ensuring a good fit for both parties.
-
The Benefits
A beneficial process and a place to have those professional conversations independent of your workplace.
Using a reflective learning model, supervision provides a structured yet flexible approach to addressing topics such as workplace relationships, burnout, stress, goal setting, and professional development.
